Staff Directed To File Recommendation On ERCOT’s Uplift Charge Compliance

The Texas Public Utilities Commission (PUC) issued order directing Staff to file recommendations “as to the sufficiency and completeness of ERCOT’s… filing.”
On June 13, 2025 ERCOT made its quarterly true-up compliance filing and notice of uplift charge adjustment. Among other things, ERCOT recommended that “the daily Uplift Charges should be slightly decreased from $ $392,692 to $385,522 effective August 1,2025.”
