State’s Largest Aggregator Granted Broker Licenses

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) granted the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC), d/b/a Energy VisionSM, electric and natural gas broker license to serve all types and sizes of non-residential customers in all service areas as a broker/aggregator.

In both electric and gas broker applications, NOPEC stated that, “NOPEC is seeking certification as a power broker/aggregator under the name Energy VisionSM to assist commercial and industrial (‘C&I’) customers with obtaining competitive electric pricing.”
