- On December 29, in Matter No. 22-02166 (Notice of Apparent Violation against MPower Energy LLC), the PSC granted MPower’s request for an extension of time to comply with the PSC’s Order to Show Cause while the company waits for a response to the FOIL request it submitted to the PSC seeking information in connection with allegations in the PSC’s Order.
- On December 21, in Matter No. 23-00350 (Notice of Apparent Violation against FC Energy Services Company, LLC), the PSC issued an Order confirming revocation of FC Energy Services’ eligibility to operate as an ESCO for its failure to submit its annual and triennial compliance filings.
On December 14 the PSC moved to revoke the eligibility of DER providers Astral Power, Bullrock GPS, LLC, EnterSolar, LLC, Go Solar/Green NY LLC, Green Visions Solar LLC, Max Solar Inc., NY Solar Doctors, and True Energy Solutions, Inc. after the companies failed to adhere to PSC rules. The PSC also revoked the eligibility of ESCOs Source Power Company Services, LLC/ICON Energy, and FC Energy Services Company for various regulatory violations.
