Technical Conference Scheduled Related To Gas Leak Management
The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia filed a notice of a technical conference directing Washington Gas Light Company to present materials on leak management in the District. Multiple topics will be covered including leak reporting, the use of GIS mapping for leaks and access by the public to reported or repaired leaks.
Written comments are to be submitted no later than Tuesday, March 10, 2026 and filed with the Commission Secretary at psc-commissionsecretary@dc.gov. Presentations much be filed with the Commission by Friday, March 6, 2026. Parties that plan to attend the presentation must notify the Commission in advance, but not later than March 10, 2026, by contacting Hunter Davis at hdavis@psc.dc.gov. The technical conference will be convened virtually, via WebEx.
