Short Description: On July 18, 2025, Order No. 7 approved Rider Mobile TEEE Facilities interim rates for AEP Texas Inc. for bills rendered on and after September 1, 2025, in PUCT Docket No. 58076.

Long Description: AEP Texas filed for recovery of mobile TEEE facilities costs on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, in PUCT Docket No. 58076. On July 18, 2025, mobile TEEE interim rates were granted in Order No. 7 for AEP Texas Inc. for bills rendered on and after September 1, 2025, in PUCT Docket No. 58076. It is anticipated that the Commission will approve AEP Texas’s final mobile TEEE facilities rates at a future open meeting. Once approved by the Commission, AEP Texas will issue a market notice for final mobile TEEE facilities rates.
The 2025 Rider Mobile TEEE Facilities interim rates will include the following charges on bills rendered to REPs:
