Long Description: On October 31, 2025, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC (“CenterPoint Houston”) filed, Docket No. 57827, with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“Commission”) a status update regarding the refund of its Rate Reduction Credit Rider. CenterPoint Houston Electric, LLC proposes to continue providing a refund to retail customers until the full amount has been refunded. CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC anticipates the refund will resume on December 15, 2025.

Additional Information:  An additional notice will be provided to the Market when these rates go into effect.
