Short Description:  CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC’s Distribution Cost Recovery Factor (DCRF) Rates will be effective December 7, 2025.

Long Description:  On August 15, 2025, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC (“CenterPoint Houston”) filed, Docket No. 58537, with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“Commission”) an Application for Approval to Amend its Distribution Cost Recovery Factor (“DCRF”) pursuant to 16 TEX. ADMIN. CODE (“TAC”) §25.243.  On October 23, 2025, the presiding officer in this proceeding issued a Final Order consistent with the rates shown below, effective for usage on and after December 7, 2025.

The DCRF is an interim rate adjustment allowed by Texas statute that permits electric utilities to implement new rates to account for changes in distribution invested capital without filing a full rate case.

The Rider DCRF rates will include the following charges on bills rendered to REPs:
