Long Description: LP&L will be open for normal operations on Wednesday, December 24th. Offices will be closed Thursday and Friday in observance of Christmas.
Wednesday, December 24, 2025 (Christmas Eve) – Open (Normal Business Day & Field Operational Day)
Thursday, December 25, 2025 (Christmas Day) – Closed (Holiday)
Friday, December 26, 2025 – Closed (Non-Business Day)
In accordance with LP&L’s Tariff, “Billing cycles shall remain as posted and will not be adjusted for holidays.”
Specific Instructions: No action required, billing and meter read dates are not changing. Transactions will be handled in accordance with RMG Chapter 8.
Additional Information:
Business Day: LP&L corporate offices are open.
Field Operational Day: Any day except Sunday or a designated holiday.
Non-Business Day: LP&L corporate offices are closed.
Meter Reading Schedule: Posted annually by December 15; LP&L reads meters within two Business Days of the scheduled date and notifies Competitive Retailers of changes at least 60 days prior.
