Short Description: LP&L will begin sending files to SMT’s production environment (30-day notice).
Intended Audience: All Market Participants.
Long Description: Lubbock Power & Light (LP&L) is planning to start sending files to SMT’s production environment in early June. We are tentatively scheduling this because we are still in the middle of testing, but we wanted to give each CR plenty of notice.
A week prior to production Go Live, LP&L will begin sending files to SMT’s test environment. This will allow for SMT to test with normal limited participants.
As we get through more testing and get closer to the date, we will send another market notice 5-days before sending files to SMT’s production environments.
SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS: Each CR will need to prepare to see the additional files from Lubbock along with the files you already receive from SMT.
