Oncor has not received final approval from the PUCT to reduce Oncor’s Rider NDC charges to $0.00 for all retail rate classes as noticed below.

Oncor will send an additional notice to the market once the NDC rider has received final approval from the PUCT with a revised effective date. A status of the NDC application can be found at the following link:

Subject: Oncor REP Market Notice: NDC Proposed Rate Amendment in PUCT Docket No 58826

Oncor filed an amendment to its Nuclear Decommissioning Charge (“NDC”) rider with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUCT”) on October 9, 2025 in PUCT Docket No. 58826. The amendment is a result of the Commission’s order in Docket No. 58193 filed by Comanche Peak Power Company LLC suspending the required annual funding amount through 2030.  This results in a reduction of Oncor’s Rider NDC charges to $0.00 for all retail rate classes.
