: In April 2019, ERCOT and Southwest Power Pool, Inc. (SPP) signed a coordination plan concerning shared assets, including Switchable Generation Resources (SWGR), Direct Current Ties, and Block Load Transfers (ERCOT-SPP Coordination Plan). In accordance with section 6.1 of the ERCOT-SPP Coordination Plan, ERCOT and SPP updated Exhibit B to reflect the status of SWGRs on January 23, 2026. The amendment is effective for the 2025-2026 Winter season, which is defined as December 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026.
The updated Exhibit B is included in the ERCOT-SPP Coordination Plan posted on the Operating Procedures page of ERCOT.com.
