TX – Oncor REP Market Notice: NDC Proposed Rate Amendment in PUCT Docket No 58826
Oncor filed an amendment to its Nuclear Decommissioning Charge (“NDC”) rider with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUCT”) on October 9, 2025, in PUCT Docket No. 58826. The amendment is a result of the Commission’s order in Docket No. 58193 filed by Comanche Peak Power Company LLC suspending the required annual funding amount through 2030.
This results in a reduction of Oncor’s Rider NDC charges to $0.00 for all retail rate classes. The proposed effective date of the new factors is November 13, 2025. A copy of the NDC application and the proposed tariff sheets can be found at the following link:

Oncor will send an additional notice to the market once the NDC rider has received final approval from the PUCT.
