Oncor filed an amendment to its Transmission Cost Recovery Factor (“TCRF”) rider with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUCT”) on December 1, 2025, in PUCT Docket No. 59046. The proposed effective date of the new factors is March 1, 2026. A copy of the application with the proposed tariff sheets can be found at the following link:
Oncor will send an additional notice to the market once the TCRF rider has received final approval from the PUCT.
