Attached HERE is new SMOGRR032, Move OBD to Section 12 – TDSP Access to EPS Metering Facility Notification Form, submitted by ERCOT, and an Impact Analysis.  This SMOGRR is scheduled for consideration at the May 7, 2025, WMS meeting. (Please consult the ERCOT Calendar for other meetings where this revision request may be discussed.)
