As described in the Order Approving a Coordinated Grid Planning Process issued on August 17, 2023, interested stakeholders may attend and listen but only EPPAC members will be speaking and actively participating in the meeting. The meetings will be recorded and links to the recordings will be filed in this proceeding. Questions concerning the EPPAC should be directed to EPPAC@dps.ny.gov.

Previously on May 4, 2026 the Joint Utilities filed their coordinated grid planning process cycle 1 report and appendices (5/4/26).

As background, the NY PSC opened this docket to implement the directives in the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA), which established an aggressive set of policy goals that will impact the electric grid, including electric transmission and distribution infrastructure.
