Utilities File Net Crediting Community Solar Reports

On March 26, 2026 O&R and NYSEG-RGE filed their net crediting implementation reports for calendar year 2025.
Among other things, this proceeding to consider whether to allow community distributed generation (i.e., community solar) and potentially other distributed energy resources products and services, to be included on the utility consolidated bill.
Beginning January 1, 2026, the utilities must file quarterly report updates.
Note that beginning February 31, 2027, the utilities are directed to file annual reports for each calendar year ending December 2031.
