Utility Files Proposed Procurement Cost Adjustment Rates for August

On June 18, 2026 Pepco filed its annual procurement cost adjustment (PCA) rate calculation and proposed update to rates for August 1, 2026.
Pepco proposes the following annual per-kWh PCA rates:
- Residential – $0.00638;
- Small Commercial – $(0.00501); and
- Large Commercial – $0.0031
On June 15, 2026 Pepco filed its response to the District of Columbia Public Service Commission questions during the affordability hearing.
