Consumers filed updated interconnection procedures for Level 3 DER projects of 150-550kW .
Updates include:
- “adding a new ‘Anti-Islanding Requirements’ section… to describe the screens that are used and the potential additional studies that are performed”;
- “revising the ‘Direct Transfer Trip (DTT)’ section… to more clearly describe DTT and indicate that Consumers Energy performs screens and studies to determine when DTT is required”; and
- “adding a definition of Islanding to Appendix C.”
