On April 20, 2026, Version 21 of the NY-Sun program manual is now available on NY-Sun’s Resources for Contractors page.

The program manual increases the nonresidential system size project cap, updates the Statewide Solar for All and Inclusive Community Solar Adder, updates the Prevailing Wage requirements, updates the Brownfield/Landfill Adder eligibility criteria, and expands the Solar for All Category B payments.
