Vice Chair Motion Re: Investigation Into Conservation Services & 3rd Party Access To EDC Customer Data
{***} The July Secretarial Letter and FirstEnergy’s proposed Default Service Plan provide an avenue for access to the data for non-EGS parties. The Petitioners have not persuaded me to revisit this avenue before it has been given time to succeed.
THEREFORE, I MOVE THAT:
- That the Petition for Reconsideration from Staff Action filed by Conifer, the Green Building Alliance, Keystone Energy Efficiency Alliance, Mission:data, and the National Energy Efficiency Fund is denied, consistent with this Motion.
- That the Secretarial Letter dated July 3, 2023, is affirmed, consistent with this Motion.
- The Office of Special Assistants shall prepare an opinion and order consistent with this Motion. {***}
