From Application:
Pursuant to D.C. Code § 34-901 and 15 DCMR § 101, 104, 200-207 and 212, Washington Gas Light Company (Washington Gas” or “Company”) hereby requests authority to increase charges for gas service and to revise terms and conditions related to the provision of gas service in the District of Columbia (‘Application”). The requested rates are designed to collect approximately $45.6 million in total annual revenues, which includes a transfer of $11.7 million from the PROJECTp1pes surcharge to base rates; therefore, the incremental amount of the base rate increase is approximately $33.9 million.
