[ *** ] Pursuant to the Public Service Commission’s December 20, 2024, order and April 7, 2025, extension grant, please find enclosed the Interim Progress Report of the Workgroup on Energy Burdens for Public Conference 59. As discussed herein, I believe the Workgroup has held several productive sessions and made good progress in its deliberations. Absent other direction from the Commission, the Workgroup will continue its efforts throughout the forthcoming months, under the direction of Workgroup Leader Benjamin Baker. [ *** ]
