PSC Denies Peco’s Amended Procurement Cost Adjustment Tariff
District of Columbia PSC issued an order denying as filed Pepco’s application to amend the Procurement Cost Adjustment (PCA) tariff.
The DC PSC (1) found Pepco’s application was noncompliant as “the filings did not contain the work papers and calculations to support the proposed changes to the rate”; and (2) directed Pepco to: (i) “provide a link in its filing to its work papers in their native format (e.g., Excel) with formulas enabled”; and (ii) “withdraw the aforementioned tariff filings and submit revised filings.”
Previously on April 1st Pepco filed its long-term power purchase agreement (LTPPA) status letter.
In its filing Pepco noted that it “is currently performing its final review of the bids prior to selecting those with whom it will negotiate.”
