DOER Files Petition Requesting DPU Open an Investigation to Place All Non-Shopping Customers on TOU Rates

In a cover letter the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) submits the attached Petition requesting the Department of Public Utilities (Department) find it appropriate to open an investigation on time varying rates for all the electric distribution companies (EDCs).
