Request for Information on Distributed Energy Resource Programs
The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“NJBPU”) invites stakeholders and members of the public to provide written responses to this Request for Information (“RFI”) on the evaluation and development of distributed energy resource (“DER”) programs across two coordinated program areas: the Virtual Power Plant (“VPP”) Program and Phase 2 (Distributed Segment) of the Garden State Energy Storage Program (“GSESP”). The RFI can be found here.
The Board is accepting written and/or electronic responses regarding this Request for Information.
The deadline for responses on this matter is 5 p.m. on May 20, 2026.
All public responses should be filed under Docket No. QO26030099; responses will be available in the other dockets after all filings are received.
