Oncor’s Electric Rate Case Settlement Approved Without Modifications

On April 17, 2026, the Texas PUC issued an order approving without modification a settlement in Oncor’s electric rate case that among other things, eliminates the inadvertent gain charges currently charged to retail electric providers or REPs.
