Utility Files Reply Brief with State Supreme Court in Rate Case Proceeding

On May 22, 2026 Enbridge filed a reply brief with the Supreme Court of Ohio  In this, stating that the Court should vacate the order and remand to the PUCO with instructions to (1) exclude accumulated deferred income tax from the rate base associated with the assets that the PUCO excluded and (2) include all Enbridge’s capitalized incentive-compensation costs in the rate base.
