Utility Needs More Time to Terminate Off-Peak Charging Provisions

On May 28, 2026 PSEG made a filing stating it “has determined that additional time is required to terminate the off-peak charging provisions for existing subscribers to ensure a smooth transition from the off-peak charging credit to the TOU rate. [The utility] intends to submit the final compliance filing in October, after the end of summer rates”).
