As a reminder, on April 22, 2026 Governor Ayotte signed HB723 repealing the multi-use energy data platform.

This bill went into effect on May 21, 2026.

This new law repeals all statutes related to New Hampshire’s multi-use energy data platform, which utilities are currently required to develop, operate, and maintain.
