True Source Power – a Newly Formed Entity – Seeks ESCO Eligibility
On May 11th True Source Power LLC, filed for eligibility as a New York ESCO.
The application indicates that “True Source Power LLCC is a brand new ESCO. It will only be marketing to electric customers in New York state. It does not have any complaint data form any other state, nor does it use alternate trade names in any other state.”
According to the application and other filed documents Ebere Goodluck serves as President of True Source Power.
The application also indicates that “True Source Power LLC will not provide dual billing services and only operate in territories where combined billing is available.”
“True Source Power LLC will gain approval to utilize historical information from its customers during the enrollment process. In its third-party verification True Source expressly requires the consent of the customer to gather its historical usage data for the purpose of enrolling the customer and planning for the future requirements of that customer.”
