PSC Seeks Comments on Utility Incentive Regulations

Michigan PSC seeks comments on performance incentive initiative. In March 2025, the Michigan PSC solicited comments on potential focus areas for the initiative, known as “Reliability Plus,” including DER interconnection and aggregation, non-wires alternatives, advanced metering infrastructure, and customer data access.

As previously reported on August 6, it released a straw proposal considering those comments and proposing refinements to the Reliability Plus focus areas. Comments on the straw proposal are due in Docket No. U-21400 by October 1, 2026.
