Summary Notes and Transcripts of Class III RPS Requirements Posted

On August 21, 2026 the summary notes and transcript of the August 18, 2026 public comment hearing on Class III requirements were made available.

Previously, as a reminder the electric suppliers with an RPS obligation were required to submit E-2500 RPS annual compliance filing annually between July 1st and -15th.

This is an ongoing docket for the New Hampshire Department of Energy to update annual RPS obligations for retail electric suppliers.
