Release of the New Jersey Clean Energy Program Fiscal Year 2026 Proposed Comprehensive Resource Analysis, Budgets, and Programs – EV Programs
Staff of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“NJBPU”) anticipates releasing the week of May 19, 2025 the Fiscal Year 2026 (“FY26”) Straw Proposal for New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program (“NJCEP”) Comprehensive Resource Analysis (“CRA”) and the proposed FY26 program budgets and compliance filings for public comment. The following will be available for review, including the Charge Up New Jersey Compliance Filing and the other.

- Division of Clean Energy Compliance Filing
- Comfort Partners Program Compliance Filing
- Program Administrator (TRC) Compliance Filing

The FY26 CRA Straw Proposal and FY26 program budgets and compliance filings will be available here.
Staff will be holding a virtual public hearing on the FY26 CRA Straw Proposal, along with the proposed FY26 program budgets and filings on May 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
