House Bill LD860 would require electric suppliers to provide the Public Advocate with copies of all reports and other information required to be filed with, or that may be submitted to, the MEPUC. It would also allow the Public Advocate to make recommendations to the legislature, in addition to MEPUC, and would allow those recommendations to include “the reasonableness” of supplier rates.
