[ *** ] In this Decision, the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (Authority or PURA) approves changes to the data collection requirements filed annually for the Clean and Renewable Energy Program Report in Docket No. XX-08-01 (where XX is the last two digits of the year (e.g., “25” for 2025)) by The Connecticut Light and Power Company d/b/a Eversource Energy (Eversource) and The United Illuminating Company (UI; collectively, with Eversource, the electric distribution companies or EDCs). The approved changes are intended to improve the data collection requirements ordered by the February 23, 2022 Decision in Docket No. 17-12-03RE09, PURA Investigation into Distribution System Planning of the Electric Distribution Companies – Clean and Renewable Energy Resource Analysis and Program Reviews (RE09 Decision).

The changes made in this Decision will help ensure that the XX-08-01 data collection requirements remain relevant and useful to future editions of the annual report on the status of the state’s clean and renewable energy (CRE) programs (CRE Annual Report), which is included as Attachment 1 of this Decision.
