Monthly PUCT Electric Complaint Scorecard

The Public Utilities Commission of Texas (PUCT) staff found 53 rule violations (TDU and REP complaints requiring investigation and closed) in November 2024. Of the 53 rule violations, 4 were due to late-filed complaint responses. There were 3 other late-filed responses that were not flagged as violations.

Billing accounted for 34% of the violations, while discontinuance of service complaints accounted for 28% of the violations.
