PSC Approves Modifications To Firm Demand Response Programs

The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) approves modifications to the Firm Demand Response Programs are granted effective November 1, 2025. These modifications include elimination of the early-season test event from their load-shedding and load-shifting program options and modification of the enrollment deadline of the direct load control option of the load shedding program.
