Electric Utility Rate Case

In New Jersey ACE utility filed a base rate case petition, seeking an annual increase in  rates of approximately $128 million. 

The monthly bill impact of this request on a typical ACE residential customer using approximately 649 KWhs per month is estimated to be an increase of $12.96 or approximately 8.06% of a total monthly bill.  (BPU Docket No. ER24110854)
