Remote Energy Rulemaking

On August 13, 2024, the Board issued an RFI on the Remote Net Metering (“RNM”) application.  The Remote Net Metering Act in 2023 modified the existing RNM program and affects the eligibility requirements and the sizing methodology for RNM facilities and necessitates changes to the application and approval process.
