Batt Power TX Receives Texas Retail Provider Certificate
The Texas PUC conditionally granted Batt Power TX, LLC an Option 2 retail electric provider certificate limited to serving customers 1 MW or larger providing an affidavit agreeing to such service.
Option 2 applicants must provide an affidavit from a least one customer which is 1 MW or larger. The grant of the REP certificate to Batt Power TX is conditioned on Batt Power TX filing, within 30 days, a signed, notarized affidavit from each customer that Batt Power TX has contracted to provide 1 MW or more of energy.
Batt Power TX, LLC is a subsidiary of Eligo Energy, LLC.
