On July 30, 2026 the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) issued notice of extension of Phase 1, Tranche 2 deadline.
“This extension is intended to ensure that applicants with projects in PJM Cycle 1 remain eligible for the Tranche 2 solicitation,” given “PJM’s recent decision to delay the start of Phase 1 review for Cycle 1 projects until September 28, 2026.”
The BPU also made available the final application form. Final bids now due by October 5, 2026.
BPU decision on bids now expected in December 2026.
Previously on July 24, 2026 responses to applicant questions were made available.
