The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission grants ClearPath Energy LLC an electric broker/marketer application.  The company filed it application on October 3, 2023, seeking a license to offer, render, furnish, or supply electric generation services as a broker/marketer to small commercial and large commercial customers in all the electric distribution company service territories.
