Commission Approves EGS Application To Serve All Customer Classes
The Pennsylvania PUC approves Digital Power USA, Inc. electric generation supplier (EGS) license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
Digital Power USA, Inc. is part of Digital Power, which has offered retail energy supply based in Israel and serves several European markets. Digital Power USA is a foreign corporation, incorporated in the State of Delaware as of November 1, 2022, and registered to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on August 6, 2024. Digital Power USA proposes to act as a supplier of retail electric power to residential, small commercial (25 kW and under demand), large 3 commercial (over 25 kW demand), industrial, and governmental customers.
