Commission Files Letter Order Accepting Potomac Edison’s Proposal Regarding Do Not Transfer List

[ *** ] The Commission has reviewed the Do Not Transfer List Automated Enrollment Block filed on June 23, 2025, by The Potomac Edison Company.
After considering this matter at the August 27 2025 Administrative Meeting, the Commission accepted the Company’s proposal not to implement an automated enrollment block for Do Not Transfer List customers at this time, and directed the Company to provide reporting, as recommended by Staff in its comments dated August 20, 2025, that lists any retail supplier enrollments for customers on the Do Not Transfer List.
