Commission Files Notice Initiating Public Conference And Request For Comments Regarding SB 1 Do Not Transfer List And Supplier Customer Prices Paid Reporting Requirements
In Maryland the PSC issues a notice announcing the initiation of Public Conference 67 and its intent to seek comments.
On December 6, 2024, the Commission’s Technical Staff (“Staff”) filed with the Commission, a Report on Do Not Transfer List and Supplier Customer Prices Paid Reporting Requirements set forth in Senate Bill 1 (2024) for the implementation of a Do Not Transfer List and the submission of monthly billing data on Standard Offer Service and retail supply rates.
The Commission hereby initiates Public Conference 67 (“PC 67”) and invites interested parties to electronically file comments on this matter by January 17, 2025. The comments should be addressed to Andrew S. Johnston, Executive Secretary, Maryland Public Service Commission, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, MD, 21202, and reference “PC 67” in the subject line of the cover letter.
