[ *** ] On July 9, 2024 the Commission granted a request for an extension of time for comments to be filed on this matter until July 26, 2024. Comments must be electronically filed on the Commission’s website and addressed to Andrew S. Johnston, Executive Secretary, Maryland Public Service Commission, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202.

Additionally, the Commission announced it will conduct an in-person only, Technical Conference on September 24, 2024, to consider stakeholder comments. The conference will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Frank O. Heintz Hearing Room, 16th Floor, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland. Persons interested in participating in this conference are requested to notify Benjamin Baker (benjamin.baker@maryland.gov) by August 1, 2024.
