Commission Issues Order On Order On Utility Proposals For Multi-Unit Dwelling Electric Vehicle Charging Programs

The Maryland PSC issued Order No. 91339 on October 1, 2024 directing the electric utilities to file tariffs revising their EV MUD rate schedules in accordance with this decision.

The order also directed the PC 44 EV Work Group to address, in a report submitted by May 1, 2025, any barriers to expanding managed charging solutions to Multi-unit dwellings (MUD) Electric Vehicle (EV) customers.
