Commission Issues Show Cause Notices To Numerous Suppliers For Failure to File Assessment Surveys

The Commission issued Show Cause notices to numerous suppliers for failure to file their annual Assessment Surveys or respond to the Commission’s multiple attempts to contact them.  Companies must respond to the notice within thirty (30) days, providing the reason for failing to respond to the Assessment Survey.  If a company does not respond, the Commission will proceed with final action to revoke the supplier’s license.  

Assessment Surveys were due April 1st.
