Commission Provides Direction On Washington Gas Light’s Annual Merger Compliance Reporting And Review
From Commission Memo:
Consistent with the Commission’s November 30, 2023, Notice on Merger Compliance, the Commission hereby directs Washington Gas Light Company (“Washington Gas” or “the Company”) to file an annual report on or before April 1 of 2024 and each year thereafter:
(1) Listing each condition of the Commission’s order approving the company’s merger or acquisition;
(2) Affirming if the Company has satisfied each condition of the merger or acquisition; and
(3) Describing how the Company either: (a) Met the corresponding condition; or (b) Is working to meet the corresponding condition.
The Company shall also file a final report with the Commission upon completion of all conditions. [ *** ]
