Don’t Forget About Filing Annual Broker/Consultant Renewals

The New York Department of Public Service (DPS) broker/consultant renewals are being reviewed and approved on a rolling basis via a separate docket 25-00092.  Once the DPS reviews and approves the renewal, an annual compliance letter is issued. There have been a number of renewals already approved in that docket, so ESCOs can track broker/consultant compliance via this docket.
